Matt Guthrie
Meet Matt—certified arborist, horticulture addict, and plant educator with 25+ years of green industry experience. For the last 13 years, I’ve served as a municipal horticulturist, helping my community grow things… and occasionally helping them figure out why things didn’t grow. If it has leaves, I love it. If it has roots, I’ll talk about it. And if it flowers? I’m probably taking a picture of it.

Tim Fleischer
Meet Tim—plant junky, food junky, and proud graduate of The Ohio State University (he insists you say the “The”). With 20+ years in the green industry and 13 years as a municipal horticulturist, Tim has spent most of his adult life keeping plants alive and most of his free time trying new foods that probably aren’t helping his cholesterol. He’s also a certified arborist, which basically means he speaks fluent tree. If it grows, he loves it—and if it’s edible, he loves it even more.
